The food was mind-blowing, from breakfast to dinner, it was super delicious! The room was incredibly comfortable, with a full-size and queen-size bed, and everything was clean and sparkling. The location was beautiful and quiet, easily accessible without a car. The staff was extremely helpful, allowing us to store our bikes inside for extra safety. Plus, there was free wi-fi, a car park, an exercise gym, a flat-screen TV, an electric kettle. Can't wait to come back for another jaw-dropping stay!

The hotel is well-situated for visiting Leiden, Delft or Den Haag. Although it is close to the motorways, it is in a quiet situation with fields behind. The room was very clean and comfortable and there was an ample buffet breakfast. You can enjoy fine dining in the 'Upstairs' restaurant.

Exceptionally clean hotel, gorgeous breakfast, the location is PERFECT very close to Schiphol airport and Amsterdam as well as the suburbs of Leiden / Hague / Rotterdam. It has fashionable and perfectly clean rooms to offer with a double bed and a bath plus a luxurous feel.

The rooms are spacious and modern with nice bathrooms, a delicious breakfast selection, friendly staff, easy check-in process, a fantastic bar.

The room was quite relaxing, high quality beds, great bathroom allthough the room was a bit small (smaller than expected) good service at the front office. checking in and out was handled in just minutes.

The surroundings at the hotel are a bit dull, you need to procceed to Leiden or The Hague for the nearest shops, bars or restaurant (although the restaurant Up-Stairs is quite good!)

We recently stayed at Van Der Valk Hotel for our third trip and it was everything we expected. The hotel's close proximity to the airport made our travel effortless. Additionally, the casino across the road offered a variety of great dining options at reasonable prices. Our kids had a blast at the hotel's pool and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was divided into two buildings, which made for a clean and comfortable structure. Parking was free and easily accessible. The room was luxurious and spacious with a lovely bathroom and all necessary facilities. The extra large, comfy bed ensured a restful night's sleep. The breakfast selection was amazing and the dinner options were delicious and reasonably priced.

No door on the bathroom and toilet area. Hallway leading to the bedroom was very dark and dingy, what went WRONG!,because the decor and furnishings elsewhere in the hotel were excellent.

The hotel was easy to locate off the motorway, and there were plenty of options to eat as soon as the restaurant opened at 7 am. the 'Upstairs' restaurant had a good ambiance and the breakfast was adequate. the rooms were spacious, with a nice view and facilities such as gym and self-service machines.

The Wi-Fi signal was weak, making it difficult to use in some areas of the hotel.

1, Some stupid person smoked in one of the rooms at 1.00 am, and the fire alarm went off in the entire hotel. The smoke alarms should go off only in the concerned room, and not the entire hotel. 2. Lack of glasses in the room 3. Not enough tea-bags or suger/whitener for making tea in the room

The cleanliness of the rooms and the beds were very comfortable.

The staff were not exactly bubbly.

The restaurant on the ground floor was really nice, and we both enjoyed amazing dishes, while the fully equipped bathrooms even had a bath.
